DWM 1920 Commercial Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol, #379m, .30 Luger cal., 3.75" barrel, blued finish, straw colored small parts, checkered walnut grips, inverted-"V" front sight, and fixed rear sight with V-notched groove. Includes one unmarked magazine with wood base. Pistol is marked "DWM" on the toggle. Left side of receiver marked "(crown)N", right side "GERMANY". Upper safety position is marked "GESICHERT", lower position is blank. Visible matching numbers, grips are not numbered. No import marks. Pistol is in very good overall condition, retaining approx. 85% blue with wear primarily at the muzzle, edges of the frame, front and backstrap. There are also a few more noticeable scratches on left side of the barrel. Straw colors show general thinning, approx. 70% remain. Grips show moderate handling wear. Action operates smoothly, hold open functions properly. Bore is bright with very good, clearly defined rifling. There is some salt and pepper pitting to the sides of the magazine, which otherwise shows moderate age and wear. Est.: $900-$1,200. (C&R/PPT)
